MD Revolution (MDR) is an innovative, rapid growth, Virtual Care Management company that uniquely combines technology, services, and analytics to deliver scalable, digital care to patients. We create and manage patient care programs on behalf of hospitals and clinics to deliver Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, as well as Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), population health programs, Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), and other digital health services.

Who you are

MD Revolution is looking for remote Enrollment Specialists to play a vital role in this new model of patient care delivery, by receiving patient data from internal and external resources, enrolling patients for the appropriate service(s) and entering all data in our digital care platform, RevCare.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will have a fundamental role in direct patient care. You can make a difference in the patients’ care by providing access to support and assisting patients in taking charge of their own health.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use a Dialer Phone system that increases connected call rates to ensure that enrollment specialists speak to as many live prospects as possible.
  • Receives consent, obtains and processes patient data.
  • Understands the Medicare Benefit for Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Transitional Care Management (TCM) and articulates to the patient the benefits of the program and the impact to their continued wellness plan.
  • Enters all the information accurately and promptly into our digital platform RevCare according to the organization’s processes and procedures.
  • Provides general office support as directed.
  • Follows all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected healthcare information (PHI).

Requirements

  • Current, active Medical Assistant License and/or Certificate
  • Must have access to High-Speed Internet
  • Proficient with using Mac
  • 1-2 years patient care experience in maintaining medical records and performing data entry tasks within a physician’s office, hospital or similar setting preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required
  • Compassion and empathy for our patients. Establish and maintain a high level of trust while fostering feedback and collaboration. Comfortable leading one-on-one conversations with patients
  • Ability to work virtually with teammates and supervisors
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Proficiency with software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Apple hardware
  • Call Center Experience a plus
  • Prior Sales or Retail Sales a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Fully remote

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, day shift (required)
  • Candidates may reside across the US, but must be able to work in an Eastern Time Zone Schedule

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
